A SMALL FIELD GUIDE
Better together.
A host is a token on the Pons Family launchpad. A symbiote is a later Pons launch priced in that host, not in ETH.
-
1
It is priced in its host
Pons can pair a launch against another token. That token is the currency of the whole curve, the graduation target, and the Uniswap v4 pool.
-
2
Every trade pays the pair
The curve fee is about 1%, taken in the pairing asset. When the pair is a Pons token, you pay the host. The creator tax is 1%, 2%, 3%, or a custom rate up to 10%, also taken in the host.
-
3
Graduation locks the pool
When the curve sells out, the launch becomes a Uniswap v4 pool with the liquidity locked. Buybacks, if the creator turns them on, buy the launch token and vest it for five years.

Still on the curve
Not graduated. Pons moves a launch to a locked Uniswap v4 pool when the curve sells out.

FEES
The worker claims each asset.
Whoever connects deploys the coin. Host fees arrive as the pair token, and a buyback arrives later as the new token. The worker claims both.
